WeAreTheCity are delighted to announce that nominations are now open for the Top 50 Rising Stars Awards India for 2017.

These awards, now in their second year, are the first to focus on India’s female talent pipeline below management level and will celebrate 50 female individual contributors that represent the leaders & role models of tomorrow.  We hope that by raising the profile of our short list and winners, we will also encourage organisations to consider how they strengthen the development of their female pipeline in the future.

You can nominate a Rising Star

Rising Star nominations reflect the achievements of women who are not yet in a senior position, however, they are seen as role models and someone who is on their way to achieving great things either professionally or personally.

You can nominate a Rising Star Champion

Rising Star Champion nominations are for senior individuals, either male or female who are actively championing women and supporting their personal or professional progression either through strategic initiatives/programmes or through mentoring and sponsorship.
